Yesterday, I was in Copenhagen to pick up a very old DSC my boss left there when he came to Odense. It was this old lady:
It is Microcal MC-2 from 1992. We are not in desperate need of it, but I would like to get it running, if for no other reason than that it has played a role in the history of lipid biophysics.
Today it has been put up here in Odense, and I think I have most things put together, so I will have a go on some lipids samples. Here is it in its current, temporary position.
I will post the outcome of the first experiments soon.
